Fall is coming up, and for Texas, that means wedding season part 2. October is one of the most popular months for weddings in Texas because it’s the month with the most predictable and mild weather (usually). So, once June is over, we aren’t gearing down for the year, we’re just preparing for October.
There’s a big misconception that white dresses of any kind cannot be worn to a wedding, but that’s just not true. It’s a fact that a white print dress is completely appropriate to wear as a wedding guest as long as the color is equal to the amount of white. People who don’t know the rules might think it’s not okay, but trust me, it’s fine. So, this rosy patterned dress is totally perfect for a fall wedding. I personally love the color red for fall and winter, but a fire-engine solid red dress is not okay for a wedding, so I like to incorporate the color in prints. The frilly high-low hem is perfect for dancing without getting in your way like a maxi can at times, plus the wrap silhouette is so flattering. You’re sure to stun in this baby, y’all. It does also come in a plain red, which would be perfect for a date night or other snazzy occasion.
