Dress: ASOS US (her sexier sister)| Heels: A’Gaci | Bag: Urban Expressions (sold out, close)
Doesn’t this dress get you excited for New Year’s Eve (or any festive party for that matter)?
What is it about the holidays that makes you want to wear all things sparkly? Whatever it is, it’s here to stay, and there is never a shortage of sequin options for your party needs. For my NYE inspired look, I went for a midi-length dress instead of a mini. First of all, because this dress was on sale and HELLO I don’t pass up a good sale, but also because I thought it added a more unique, vintage touch to the look.
I want to thank my awesome makeup artist for the day, Lola Layman, and hairstylist, Martha Lynn Kale again for making me feel like a princess for this shoot! Martha Lynn also has another tutorial for this super easy, three-step low bun on her blog, so make sure and check it out! It’s perfect to throw up and add a little extra oomph to your look.
Also, the Fairview Austin was such a perfect setting for these photos. It’s an adorable family home turned bed and breakfast that has the friendliest staff and warmest atmosphere, we just loved being there!
