If you’ve looked up any Charleston food guides at all, there’s definitely a good chance you came across Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit. Serving some of the most crumbly, tender, and buttery biscuits in the low country, Callie’s quickly became a hot spot for locals and out-of-towners alike since the opening of it’s first brick-and-mortar in 2014.
With it’s delicious and unique biscuit flavors that change frequently, it definitely became a favorite of mine as well. It was love at first bite! I also love the casual grab-and-go atmosphere and the way the staff are always friendly despite how busy they always are. A French Press coffee or fresh juice are a must, and my favorite biscuit of the moment is the Avocado Biscuit!
They have 2 locations in Charleston, one on Upper King and one in the Charleston City Market (pictured), as well as one in Atlanta.
Scroll down to see some more flavors I tried on my recent visit!
Thanks for reading, and definitely check out Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit on your next visit to Charleston or Atlanta!
