I just spent the most amazing weekend at home! I pop by to see my family as often as I can, especially since I’m an aunt to the most adorable one-year-old there ever was. She changes so much every time I see her, so I feel like I’m missing out if I go too long without coming home. It feels like she was a tiny little thing just yesterday, but now she’s walking around everywhere and is starting to say real words. It’s adorable, but I’m like “stop growing up so fast!!”

Another great thing about coming home is I usually have something waiting for me. Sometimes it’s a home-cooked meal or a bottle of wine, but this time it was the adorable floral skirt! After I had found a super cute tropical skirt from Sheinside for so cheap, my mom ordered me another one! We just can’t resist a good deal! (A little tip, skirts from this store with no elastic waistbands run very small!). Also, my mom has always liked buying me things with roses on them 🙂 I was so excited, I had to wear it to dinner on Friday with my parents.
