The city of Charleston has completely gotten into the holiday spirit, and so have I. I’m ready for peppermint mocha, Christmas decor everywhere, and of course, holiday outfits. One of my favorite ways to look cute while staying warm in the chilly weather is wearing mini skirts with OTK boots or with a tights and booties combo, and I wanted to show y’all some adorable plaid skirts I found this year!
