As we get closer to the beginning of the school year, it seems like summer is drifting away fast. I’m not ready for it to be over in many ways! Even though the temps will continue to climb in Texas until about October, and I’m way past my “back to school” days, I just stop being in the summer mood once school is back in session for everyone else. So, I’m going to soak up every last bit of summer, and the clothes that go along with it, until that day comes, and that means wearing white-on-white outfits like this non-stop.

White dresses like this Vineyard Vines number are okay a little further into the fall, but these little sandals will be put away until Easter for me after September 4th (sometimes, you just have to follow the rules). A breezy white dress like this will be perfect for game day with some boots until it gets cooler, then I’ll be switching over to some outfits like this game day look. The neckline is one of my favorites of all time. Does anyone else find themselves grabbing for it on the reg? I love how elegant a little spaghetti strap feels over your collar-bone, and the little ties let you adjust it to your liking.

Happy Friday! I hope y’all are soaking up the end of summer and taking advantage of every second! I’m going to do some outdoor water activities this weekend in Austin that I haven’t done yet and I’m pumped! Has anyone heard of Common’s Ford?
