There’s nothing more charming than a Charleston porch. When you walk down the streets through the historic neighborhoods, it’s beautiful house after beautiful house, and it makes me so happy to think about the families from years ago who would sit on their porches to chat and catch the breeze. I’ve never lived in such an old city with the history written all over it. From the buildings to the streets to the families, you sometimes forget you’re in 2018.
Luckily, style has changed quite a bit since then, and women aren’t required to wear those huge heavy layers of skirts that would just about make you wanna die of heat stroke! We get to wear cute little mini dresses like this one and keep cool (which is so weird to say since it was chilly today, but when we shot these photos it was 70 degrees out!).
Happy Wednesday, y’all!
